Questions, answered
Do I need the internet to bill?
No. Billing, KOT printing, the UPI QR and the kitchen board all keep working with no internet connection, and sync automatically once it's back — nothing is ever lost or double-counted.
Will it work with my printer?
Yes — any standard 80mm (or 58mm) receipt printer connected to your phone, iPad, Android tablet or laptop through the browser's own printing works.
Do bills meet GST requirements?
Yes. Set your GST rate and GSTIN once in Settings and every bill shows CGST and SGST correctly, split as required.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, there's no lock-in contract. You can export all your data at any point from Settings.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in Supabase's Mumbai (India) region, access is role-based (owner/cashier/waiter), and you can export everything at any time.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a paid plan to keep billing — your menu, bills and settings stay exactly as they were. You can also ask for a few more free days.
Do you integrate with Zomato or Swiggy?
Not yet — it's on our roadmap (coming soon). Today Hisaab focuses on dine-in and counter billing done right.
